Offence (Off-the-Ball):
- Move to space to get open
- Move to the ball or to the basket/net/etc
- Change your speed & direction to get open (make a "cut" or "run")
- Attack (dribble/move to) open space or towards the opponents net until a defender stops you ("draw the defender")
- Change speed & direction to create space from defender or get away from defender (e.g. Cross over or cut back)
- Keep your head up to spot open teammates while carrying the ball (i.e. dribbling)
- Stay with your "check" (opponent you are defending)
- Stay between your check and your net/endzone/etc.)
Strategies:
- Lead Pass (i.e. "Send")
- Wall Pass (e.g. "Give & Go")
- Create Triangles with teammates to pass on angles around defenders

- 3 on 1 --> Cones in a square; Pass to open cone
